This Privacy Policy explains how WAZZUP SAS collects, uses, stores and protects personal data processed through the Wazzup Labs website. It applies in particular to browsing the website, using the contact form, requesting information or a proposal, booking a meeting through Microsoft Teams and subsequent communications by email or video call.

2. Personal data we may collect
2.1. Contact form When you use the contact form, WAZZUP SAS may collect: your name; your professional email address; the selected project type; the current project stage; the content of your message; the date and time of the request; information needed to manage and follow up on your inquiry. Fields marked as mandatory are required in order for WAZZUP SAS to understand and respond to your request. 2.2. Meeting bookings When you use Microsoft Teams, the information entered on the booking page may include: your name; your email address; your professional contact details; the selected appointment time; information you choose to provide about your request. Appointments are managed through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. 2.3. Subsequent communications When you communicate with WAZZUP SAS by email, telephone or video call, we may also process: your contact details; the content of communications; documents you provide; information required to prepare a proposal or manage the pre-contractual relationship. Please do not send sensitive data or confidential documents that are not necessary for the initial assessment of your project. 2.4. Technical data When you browse the website, certain technical data may be processed automatically by WAZZUP SAS or its service providers: IP address; browser type and version; device type and operating system; date and time of access; requested pages or resources; security, diagnostic and technical log data; language choices and consent preferences. This data is primarily used to provide, secure and maintain the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to inquiries and assessing projects — understanding your needs, responding to your message, arranging an initial discussion and determining whether Wazzup Labs may assist you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and, for general inquiries, WAZZUP SAS’s legitimate interest in responding to requests. Organizing meetings — scheduling, confirming, modifying or cancelling meetings. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Preparing a commercial proposal — framing the project and preparing an estimate, proposal or agreement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Operating and securing the website — preventing incidents, detecting abnormal behavior, maintaining availability and correcting errors. Legal basis: WAZZUP SAS’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its website. Meeting legal obligations — storing or disclosing data where required by law, regulation or a competent authority. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation. Using non-essential tracking technologies — if an audience-measurement tool, advertising pixel or other non-essential tracker is introduced. Legal basis: consent.
4. Required information
Information identified as mandatory in the form is required to process your request. Without this information, WAZZUP SAS may be unable to identify the person making the inquiry, understand the request, respond, or prepare and schedule a discussion. Other information is optional.
5. Recipients
Personal data is only accessible to people who need it in order to process the request. It may be disclosed to: • authorized directors and team members of WAZZUP SAS; • OVH SAS, for website hosting; • Microsoft for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, email, calendar and video calls; • technical providers involved in transmitting or receiving messages; • professional advisers or competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect WAZZUP SAS’s rights. Where these recipients act as processors, they process data under WAZZUP SAS’s instructions and only to the extent required for their services. WAZZUP SAS does not sell or rent personal data collected through the website. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe the user to a newsletter or marketing campaign.
6. Main service providers
OVH SAS (OVHcloud) — the website is hosted by OVH SAS. Microsoft — Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 may be used for scheduling meetings, sending confirmations, calendar management, email communication and video calls. Opening Microsoft Teams takes you to an external service that may use its own cookies and measurement technologies. Lovable — the website is published using Lovable’s infrastructure. Lovable may process technical data and, depending on the form configuration, certain information submitted by users in order to provide, secure and maintain the service.
7. International data transfers
Some service providers used by WAZZUP SAS belong to international groups or operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Lovable is operated by a company established in the United States. Microsoft may also process certain data through international infrastructure. Where data is transferred to a country that is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, the transfer must be protected through appropriate safeguards, such as: • European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses; • a data-processing agreement; • supplementary security measures; • another mechanism recognized under applicable data-protection law. Additional information about the relevant safeguards may be requested from WAZZUP SAS, subject to the protection of confidential information belonging to its providers.
8. Retention periods
Inquiries and prospective clients — retained for no longer than three years from the last contact initiated by the person concerned. Contractual relationships — retained for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the periods required to meet accounting, tax or contractual obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical data — retained for a period proportionate to security and diagnostic requirements and, in principle, for no longer than twelve months, unless a specific need or legal obligation applies. Service providers may apply different retention periods to their own technical data. Cookie preferences — stored for up to six months in order to avoid asking for the same choice on every visit.
9. Cookies and tracking technologies
Strictly necessary technologies — the website may use cookies or similar technologies required for website security, navigation, storing the selected language, remembering consent or refusal, and preventing abuse and technical incidents. These technologies are not used for advertising. Analytics and advertising — as of the date of this Privacy Policy, WAZZUP SAS does not enable any non-essential audience-measurement tool, Meta Pixel, advertising tracker or profiling technology on the website. If such a tool is introduced: this Privacy Policy will be updated; the relevant trackers will be blocked until consent has been obtained; accepting and refusing will be equally easy; refusing will not prevent access to the website; users will be able to change their choice at any time. External services — external websites opened from Wazzup Labs, including Microsoft Teams, the App Store, Google Play and project websites, may use their own cookies. These cookies are not placed directly by WAZZUP SAS on the Wazzup Labs website.
10. Automated decision-making
Personal data collected through the website is not used for any solely automated decision that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects the user.
11. Security
WAZZUP SAS implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and identified risks, including: HTTPS; access controls; access limited to authorized persons; use of professional service providers; technical maintenance and monitoring; measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No information system can guarantee absolute security. WAZZUP SAS therefore adapts its measures as risks and available safeguards evolve.
12. Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by applicable law, you may exercise the following rights: access; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; objection; data portability where applicable; withdrawal of consent at any time for processing based on consent; instructions concerning the use of your data after death, where provided by French law. If you believe, after contacting WAZZUP SAS, that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés.
14. Third-party websites and services
This Privacy Policy only covers processing carried out by WAZZUP SAS through the Wazzup Labs website. Third-party websites and services accessible through external links have their own privacy practices. WAZZUP SAS is not responsible for processing determined and carried out directly by those third parties.
15. Changes to this policy
WAZZUP SAS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, the introduction of a new provider or tool, changes to processing activities, or legal or regulatory developments. The date of the latest update is displayed at the top of this page. In the event of any inconsistency between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.
